Fixed Earth-boring Doodle skin being owned by default.

Remove pride trails from the unlock pool (they are unlocked by default now.)
Hopefully fixed some issues with teams being set to spectator.

Fixed player level/currency popup not showing while in game.
Fixed an error causing players to freeze in place hopefully.
Hopefully fixed levels not showing up in ranked games.
Hopefully fix corrupted steam avatar crashing game.
Fixed Ladybug tapping fly and grabbing ball instantly not using any ability duration.
Buffed Ladybug ball fly speed to make up for that nerf.
Fixed leaving as host and reconnecting during a ranked game not joining lobby properly (not shown on scoreboard.)
Fixed camera getting glitched after grabbing a ball while emoting.
