A diving beetle is a form of water beetle able to stay submerged for around 30 min but some sources claim they are able to absorb dissolved oxygen from the water itself

its abilities include:

off ball: it shoots a beam of high powered water which explodes a dung ball into multiple smaller dung balls

or

it uses its natural steroids to boost /improve the stats of itself/ its teammates /

on ball: it surrounds the ball in water, making any enemy who grabs the ball loose a lot of momentum until the effect ends

or

they use a beam of high powered water to launch the ball forward, making it slippery or breaking it idk I ran out of ideas.
