Earth-boring beetle is primarily played in a defense position to create walls to completely block off the net from being scored on. It can however also be played in an offense position utilizing its Trickster nature to play mind games with enemy goalies.

On-Ball Ability: The Great Wall of Beetle

Earth-boring creates a temporary wall of dirt beneath the ball, This ability can be held. (35s cooldown)

This ability works on a meter so you can use as much of the charge as you want in one instance of using it (based on how long you hold it down.) It is primarily used to block off the net but can also be used to gain height with the ball or mess with beetles below you trying to get your ball.

Off-Ball Ability: Dung Dive

Earth-boring dives down, burrowing through the ground with increased speed. Re-activate to collapse the burrow, carrying everything nearby back to the burrow's entrance, (40s cooldown)

Primarily used to get to a location quickly. Whether this is to stop a ball advancing towards your net, contesting ball control with an enemy, or moving a goalie to give your team free reign on the enemy net.
