The Tiger Beetle rewind ability lets you rewind around 2 seconds back in time. If you time it correctly you can end up rewinding straight into the enemy net for an instant goal.

The easiest setup for this is to stand directly in the net, use Teleport Grab to grab onto a ball near the net, and then immediately rewinding which will rewind you right back to the net due to the timings the abilities take to fire.

If the nearby gold balls cant be teleported to you can also try to steal a ball and then rewind as long as you make sure the rewind will drop you into the goal due to timings (it rewinds to where you were 1.75 seconds ago.)
