Wavedash

Aim roughly 25 degrees downwards, jump then headbutt within a few frames, while holding space. You will flutter forward quickly, similar to dungs flutter dash

Can be difficult on higher ping, and is much faster on lighter beetles such as ladybug

fun fact:

you can technically do a wave dash at deeper angles than shown, but you lose a lot of distance and its about the same timing.
