Iron Ore is mined from Iron Rocks on Veridian, either manually or automatically with a Collector. Later in the game, an Asteroid Collector can collect Iron Ore from iron asteroids. Iron Ore is smelted into Iron Ingots in a Furnace or Electric Furnace.
