About The Shot

An essential shooting mechanic unique to the Click Beetle , most commonly used to shoot downwards from height. The power and versatility of the shot allows Click to score from almost any position on the map provided there is an unobstructed angle to the goals. The shot can be done from almost any vertical position on the map but becomes a lot more viable with height which can be gained by performing a Pop-Up or Air Stall followed by Click's on ball ability.

Execution

Once in a suitable position , the Click Shot is quite simply dropping the ball (not shooting) and immediately hitting your off ball ability key. The balls trajectory and speed is influenced by the position of Click relative to the ball such as whether Click is slightly above or below the ball as well as whether your momentum was carrying you upwards , downwards or you performed it at the point where you had no velocity in the air.

Use Cases
The shot is often used to score on an out of position opponent with an empty next or on a distracted goal keeper. There are other use cases where the Click Shot is used as a powerfully speedy close range attack.
